Cost-coupled enzymes (fast adaptation)

This model is a variant of the single-reaction model. There is an additional reaction with fixed reactant levels, and the two enzymes are effectively coupled by a non-linear costs function. The first enzyme is periodically adapted to its substrate and promotes an (anti-phasic) rhythm in the second enzyme.
