Wolfram Liebermeister is a systems biology researcher at INRA Jouy-en-Josas. He studied physics, holds a PhD of theoretical biophysics, and co-authored a popular textbook on Systems Biology. In his work on complex biological systems, he points out functional aspects like variability, information, and optimality. Recent projects concern the prediction of protein investments in living cells, based on computational models of metabolism.
